Two lasers — a world of possibilities

The Duetto MT – EVO system is built on Alexandrite and Nd:YAG lasers at wavelengths of 755 nm and 1064 nm, with the option of separate or combined emissions. The Duetto MT can address the needs of every patient by fine-tuning treatments down to the smallest detail. Large spot sizes, a wide range of pulse widths and a fast repetition rate, together with the distinctive ability to set the ratio between the Alexandrite and Nd:YAG lasers through Quanta Mixed Technology®, make it one of the most advanced and versatile lasers in aesthetics and dermatology — particularly for hair removal, vascular treatments and skin rejuvenation. The optional TWAIN handpieces can be added on site at any time, extending the range of applications even further.

Quanta Mixed Technology®

The Duetto MT is equipped with the second generation of the proprietary Quanta Mixed Technology®, supporting a wide range of hair-removal applications as well as vascular treatments and skin rejuvenation. The Duetto MT lets operators easily select single- or dual-wavelength emissions, tailoring the treatment more precisely to every skin type.

Contact skin cooling or Air Skin Cryo

Effective skin cooling is essential in most laser treatments. The Duetto MT’s built-in skin cooling can be used with or without a sapphire window, at three different target temperatures. The Skin Cryo handpiece adapter, by contrast, is designed to work together with a compatible external air-cooling unit, delivering a stream of cold air intended to reduce discomfort and help prevent thermal injury over large areas.

Twain handpieces

The TWAIN options are based on IPL or laser handpieces that can be added at any time at the clinic. The Twain IPL option is built on intense pulsed light technology and includes a range of optical filters or handpieces that may feature integrated skin cooling (depending on model and wavelength). It is intended for hair removal, dermatological vascular treatments, benign pigmented lesions, skin rejuvenation and active acne. The Twain 2940 is an Er:YAG laser handpiece ideal for skin ablation with limited thermal diffusion, supporting excellent safety levels. It is intended for skin ablation and full skin resurfacing. In Fractional mode, it is suited to skin rejuvenation, traumatic and acne scars, epidermal dyschromia, and sun and age spots.
